Number 77 Hogarth Walk, has taken away the public footpath so he can park his car on drive, he had tampered with a water covering, this is a health and safety issue and could cause a possible injury due to it being raised, its a accident waiting to happen. Trip hazard for all pedestrians etc

This is health and safety concern, this man has tampered with public highway and water cover has been raised. Surely this is against the law.

  • As you can now see he has completed his extended driveway. Does this mean residence who own there houses can also extend they boundary. When council come to cut the grass there will be problems, children and cyclist, mobility scooter anyone using public footpath, this is a safety issue.
