Bollard damaged

Reported anonymously at 22:07, Mon 13 July 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The plastic Bollard at the bottom of Bethel Road walk way on to Clouds Hill Road, is damaged, someone has tried to snap it off by bending it, there is a cut at the bottom, near the ground, if it does get broken off, taxis try to use it as a short cut, if some one leans on it it could collapse, causing injury
