Covid19 social distancing being abused by Spicer and Cole,The Fringe public house and Fishers Resturant

Sent to Bristol City Council 35 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2205116.
Spicer and Cole have used the social distancing area as dining, area placed tables and chairs, so on left side of street ww have to walk in road for even 1 metre distancing. The Fringe have built a seating area on the road. Fishers have put barrier on road. All together the Fringe and Fishers have taken up 7 parking spaces on Princess Victoria Street.
