Strong smell from drains around 11/12 Sandhurst Road

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

There is a persistent and strong smell in the back garden of our property 12 Sandhurst Road which we suspect is coming from next door (11). We don't have access to a drain on our property so I am not able to take this further
