Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Lift out of action at Hanover Quay, so people, with disability, are forced to use the steps at the side of lift, Going down the steps, the last 7 to 8 steps have no hand rails, making it impossible for them to go alone. Caller mentions a member of her party took a fall there. Landmark Spoke & Stringer bar
