One long bramble blocking steps from St John's Lane to Cotswold Rd

Sent to Bristol City Council 2 hours, 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2210205.
Brambles from the corner of St John's Burial Ground sometimes overhang the steps that run alongside the Burial Ground, and links St John's Road with Cotswold Road.
This time it is one long bramble branch at eye level of people using the steps.

I will cut off this bramble but do not have the tools to go above the reach of my arms. So the bramble will soon grow back at eye-level.
