Sewage puddle

Hi, My son (5 year old) run into - what he thought it was - a puddle, which happened to be quite deep (up to his ankles). It turned out to be something like a sewage water, very smelly, absolutely disgusting. We were quite in distress when we realised it is not a rain water but some sort of sewage. As there are lots of young children running in the park everyday, it is a big concern. Please could you please make this area safe? Thank you. Elwira
