Flooding due to dilapidated public stairway

Sent to Bristol City Council 2 hours, 35 minutes later

Stairway down the side of 144 Cotswold road has dilapidated and cracks/damage is allowing water to build up and flow into walls. During recent heavy rain, water has flooded into my bathroom .
