Residents moving road blockings
Reported in the Obstruction category anonymously at 14:23, Sunday 26 July 2020
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Residents and pedestrians have taken to moving the cones and road blockings to stop cyclists being able to legally pass though Avon Crescent through towards Spike Island, which is both dangerous and incredibly frustrating. This has been happening on a regular basis since Avon Crescent was shut. It means cyclists are having to stop on the wrong side of the road to move cones and bollards to pass though, increasing the risk of an accident. Residents have also been spray painting the roads in an attempt to police people, confusing pedestrians.
