Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Pavement Surface damaged by heavy delivery lorries. Wife uses a mobility scooter and the surface is now so poor she was thrown off of it when she was trying to go to the doctors. This pavement is on a direct route to the GP Surgery/School. People are having to use the road as the pavement is unusable.
