Outside the Grosvenor Casino is some red tiling which is embedded in the path that is rising up on the public highway which is causing trip hazards for people walking by

The tiles are rising up and are uneven which is a potential trip hazard for passers by due to them being embedded in the path. The issue has slowly been deteriorating over some time and needs to be addressed so that an accident does not occur
