Uncovered drain by roadside

A stone cover seems to have been broken off a drain or something similar, on the grass between the pavement and the road on Falcondale Road a little before the junction with Northover Road. There is no indication whether this is work in progress, or just damage by persons unknown. Although it is not on the actual pavement, it is a severe injury hazard. This must have happened in the last week.
