Sloping pavement allows rain water to collect and cause a very large puddle

Reported in the Pavement Defect category anonymously at 09:10, Tue 28 July 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Rain water runs from a small mound next to house, causing water to accumulate at the front gate causing a very large deep puddle, that you cannot step/jump over, so you have to walk through the water, damaging shoes. Also, tracking mud through the house. No matter how hard you wipe your feet, always mud left on your shoes
