Streetlamp 22 still not working - third report

Sent to Bristol City Council 1 hour, 35 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 2226660.

Streetlamp 22 on Kellaway Avenue is not coming on at night. Streetlamp is opposite 206 Kellaway Avenue. This has previously been reported twice in the last month under issues 2162857 and 2209358 and reported as fixed on both occasions but has not worked at all since the original report.
