Filled in subway- Oatlands Avenue

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2229200.

Resident who lives near filled in subway reports that the road is very noisy due to heavy delivery lorries, speeding along where the subway has been filled in, especially at night. Also the grass verge either side of the old subway is dropping
