Broken kerbing and road edging

Reported in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 13:19, Tue 4 August 2020

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

I have reported on many occasions over the past decade or more of damaged/loose/broken kerbing all the way up Fernsteed Road. Many years ago when I reported this in a November I was told that the work was scheduled to be carried out in the spring of the following year but a decade has past and things have only got worse. In fact the state of the concrete edging all down the road is now breaking up and has caused damage to my vehicle which you refused to take liability for stating that it had not previously been reported. I will now continue to monitor this situation much more closely as I found your dismissal of my complaint very unprofessional.
