Overgrown trees impeding sightline for drivers at the Smyth Rd junction with Winterstoke Rd. DYLs also not being enforced near junction which is adding to hazard. Reporting on behalf of a constituent.

This is a recurrent problem and should be added to maintenance schedules as access point for such a major road.
