Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Resident of 25 cobourg has re painted self styled motorbike parking bay. The council came before to paint over this but the resident has done it again! Its preventing residence parking. He owns 2 large motorbikes that he doesn't have a permit for but is using 2 car parking spaces just for himself.
