Lamp is flashing and column is tilting.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2240034.

Located in front of no 10 - unit ID: H005. The light keeps flashing off and on during the night. Th column is also leaning towards the neighboring property and looks unstable during windy conditions. The bottom of the column is also starting to rust. Concerned it might fall over.
