Bin still an issue, this happened last year as well, reported, stopped, started, reported, stopped and so on, this behaviour is unacceptable, this is why an area can go down hill quickly because you allowed to happen again and again in the hope that I will stop harassing you, but I keep grim hope something will be done about this and the other 5 issues I reported on the same day? But then again all of these issues were reported last year! There's a shocker! I've lived in Ilsyn Grove for 25 plus years and at present the area around us is unkept and neglected. If council tax was paid on quality of service only you would be paying in.

Now there are 2 large black bins, 1 x bin has been left there since collection day (Tuesday) and 1 x bin has been a hazard for at least 4 weeks. I would also like to report this as a hazard blocking the path, the 85 year old lady that lives close almost fell over having to step down the curb to avoid the bin last weekend. Is this how we now treat the golden generation with streets not fit to walk down.
