Huge Trees on the estate

Please can trees close to homes and hanging over boundary garden fencing by 4 metres . The amount of leaves seeds pods branches that drop in my gareden creating a lot of mess daily . Please can this be consideration exspecially the very large trees that the council originally planted be pruned right back.
