Redundant pole in dangerous condition
Reported in the Street Furniture category anonymously at 12:39, Thu 13 August 2020
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2243613.
There is a pole on Sydenham Hill at the rear of 11 Victoria Walk in a dangerous condition.Ivy has grown up it and caused it to lean , if it falls it will cause a serious injury. I have been in touch with Western Power who sent a linesman to check it yesterday. They believe it is an old Redifusion pole, not there’s.They suggested I contact the local authority as this needs urgent action . It has worsened a lot in recent weeks. Kind regards Tony Smith

Hi, this pole with the ivy tree attached is leaning at an angle and has deteriorated in recent weeks. I am concerned that if it fell during the winter weather it would seriously injure anyone close by.
