Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The telephone box on the southern side of Wells Road near the junction with St Johns Lane has been significantly damaged and covered in posters and graffiti. It is filthy and a public health hazard. It needs to either be removed or maintained properly (including cleaning).
