House owner parking and blocking access or entrance to house

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

No 11 house owner was obstructing by theway he had parked i did ask car owner to move over a bit but door got a slam . house owner then made a report of me being illegaly parked . on sunday morning iwas contacted by police and told if ihave parked illegal i will be given a ticket parked out side my own entrance to my house. you have ex plained the parking laws and althow the police did not or were not familier with them or did not realy listten to advisefrom the coucil. the house owner has damaged or altered property parks anyhow has supplied incorrect information to police regarding my drop curb and right of way and the police are acting or policeing this even thow when idid use the police service on friday they said it was not their department but they call on sunday morning with promisses of giving me tickets for bad parking outside my own address this is anti social behavier from house owner and according to council he has already broken the law by digging up pavement so as you say why is it not being treated as such it is antisocial bevavier
