Junction box door swinging open - exposed wires

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Outside Coffee #1 in Bell Avenue. The door of the black rectangular junction box is swinging open in the wind. This is causing cyclists to swerve suddenly. Also, edges of door very sharp. Very dangerous to all passing by.
