Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Large trees and branches blocking front door access and kitchen window to (flat) 38 southwood avenue. Old gentleman having great difficulty in getting to his front door and cannot see from his kitchen and now branches affecting footpath. Also growing to flat above nr 40.. Been getting worse for quite some time.
