It is not clear whether or not cyclists can go up this road in both directions.

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
'No entry' road signs do not specify whether cyclists may go the opposite direction to cars but the bike path leads the opposite direction. Additionally, google maps recommends cyclists to go the opposite direction to cars along North Road.
This has been an issue for at least half a year. I believe it may be dangerous if a car driver doesn't expect to see a cyclist going the opposite direction. Also as a cyclist myself, I do not know whether going the opposite direction on North Road is allowed.
A new enquiry has been raised for this issue.
