Road works metal slab cover leaving hazadous hole
Reported in the Carriageway Defect category anonymously at 12:49, Thu 20 August 2020
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2255046.
There is a gap left where the road workers have placed the metal slabs that cover the hole beneath. The gap is long and deep - narrow but the perfect width to get a bicycle tyre stuck in, with potentially very very dangerous consequences. Especially if there was say a bus traveling along fast behind the cyclist. If you use What3Words it is a Calm.Aspect.Grand https://what3words.com/ calm.aspect.grand If you don't then I politely suggest you do!
