Please help - we are opening a Penny Brohn Cancer Care treatment space at number 17 Triangle South and a drain immediately outside of the premises that runs across the pavement is overflowing blocked with concrete causing water damage to our basement and the front of the site - our contractors are unable to do anything as it is council property but they have tried to damp proof our basement best they can but it will continue to cause water damage until the problem is fixed, we are therefore unable to open until it is fixed - please contact me as soon as possible as I am concerned this is costing our charity a lot of money and requires urgent attention. Many thanks.
