Pedestrian access from car park to houses at end of Clover Ground. Under normal circumstances any puddles after rain disappear after a couple hours. In this location over two access hatches/inspection chambers the water is not disappearing and is getting larger with successive rainfall.

    Contractors have fixed flooding pipework however have left pedestrian path in a state - up to 1 inch of sand/clay mix distributed over path causes significant mess to households tracking on feet and is being used by domestic and wild animals to soil and bury feces.
