Red Light Camera flashing at most cars eventhough not going through a red light

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Red light camera on Ingleside Road is flashing at nearly every car going past. Even though, no cars are running a red light or going over 20MPH. Please sort this as soon as possible.
