2 blocked drains
Reported in the Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 21:10, Tue 25 August 2020
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Already reported but only mentioned the drain in front of 2 Richmond St Bs34TQ but the drain on the opposite side of the road is also completely blocked compounding the overflow of water running down the sloped car park area in front of Richmond Court 2 Richmond st causing flooding inside the communal door hallway every time we get a significant rainfall. Immediate attention required please ??

We have now been told that these drains have been cleared and the work completed. This is not true...both drains are still blocked, no work done to clear , and still contributing to the flooding in our communal hallway. Highways department have also informed us that the drains are not on the public highway .....they are not on private land but a public road. PLEASE CAN you sort asap ?
