Unable to use pavements on either side of the road due to overflowing drain and housing development

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Pedestrians are unable to use pavements on either side of bedminster road by markesbury road library due to flooding caused by blocked drain and housing development on opposite side. There is currently 3 inches of water and one inch of water on opposite side. Pedestrians have no alternative than to walk through standing water . This is totally unacceptable.
