The huge tree on council land created daily mess and sap which is damaging my garden furniture and patio. This tree has never been look at for over 30 years . Lease can this tree be cut right back from my boundary wall or cut down if the council refuse to maintain going forward.
I have to clean up the mess most days or it becomes unbearable and we can not enjoy the garden . Estate are responsible but ignore and refuse to take responsibility but they demand Council Tax payments of £160.00 per month . Please take action and let residence no what can be done to manage this important issue. Two walls have already collapsed due to tree roots on the estate 6 days ago. It’s still unsafe and a risk to the general public.
Thank you
