Double yellow lines require replacement.
Reported in the Road Signage category anonymously at 16:37, Fri 28 August 2020
Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2268543.
The double yellow lines on the road outside 60 Belvoir road have been removed due to resurfacing. People are now parking on both sides of the road which is causing a regular requirement for vehicles entering Belvoir Rd from Cromwell road to reverse back on to a busy Cromwell road to allow oncoming vehicles to pass.
In addition to this, due to the restricted width of the road at this point, several neighbours have reported damage to their vehicles, and mine has been damaged twice whilst parked on the street since the yellow lines were removed.
Finally, the parking in close proximity to the 2 driveways at 60 Belvoir Road and the narrow street is preventing vehicular access to the residents driveways, leaving more cars parked on the road that otherwise would not be there.
Please replace the road markings as soon as possible.
