You had your workers Try to repair a broken man hole cover, Yet again, On the A4 Just before the Cumberland basin plimsoll swing bridge, Clifton Bristol. I’ve put up two photos, first one taken on the 28th August 2020, second one taken on the 29th August 2020. As you see we still have a problem with noisy man hole covers.
