Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Man sleeping in a tent on Clement Street in Easton Bristol BS5. This particular site is pitted with massive puddles of muddy water when it rains. This man will need access to a bathroom and toilet . Can someone please refer this man to St Mungos and move him to a safer place.
