A skip in the road with a cover over it with no lights opposite a bus stop

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2271635.

A skip has been dumped in the road with a cover over it no lights on it opposite a bus stop outside a old peoples home opposite 50 fortfield road so when a bus has stopped there the whole road is blocked and other people are parking there to on bothe sides of the road you cant see the old people crossing the road
