Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

30+ kids playing out on the patio between flats and often blasting footballs against windows, no matter whether challenged or not. I have tried speaking to parents about this but nothing has changed.

This happens near enough every day from 5pm til 9pm and has been going on for at least 3 years.
