Cycle and pedestrian signage on floor to subway need redoing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Very hard for both users to understand which side of the path they are to use. Cycle and pedestrian signage on floor is very worn (barely visible) and the blue pedestrian sign on subway entrances are heavily abused with graffiti. Numerous times i`ve witnessed both users trying to use the same narrow lane during rush hour.
