Issue not fixed at no.17 Triangle South

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
Have just received a message 'issue now fixed' this is not the case - the drain gully is still overflowing, water is gathering at the doorway at street level and continuing to cause water leaking into our basement causing damage to the property. Please can someone re-attend and fix the problem properly before it causes more damage.
