Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Building works has lead to constant parking, not just on double yellows but over the pavement blocking access. Road is pedestrianised but vans and lorries are constantly going up. During the 5 hours cars, refuse vehicles and suppliers have access to the road they can’t use it because the builders are blocking it off. Works are meant to continue until November but residents and local businesses are suffering
