Bad road surfacing job and road in general requires attention since opening of link road

Eurovia Specialist Treatment was done here this week on Gatehouse Avenue. The road already has very specific dips in it where every single car driving in either direction is using the same "driving line" due to the road not being wide enough with parked cars for 2 way traffic, the rain has already filled potholes and formed puddles right outside my kerbside house and loose chippings are all over the pavement right outside my kerbside house. Is someone coming back to clear this up? And are the double yellow lines opposite due to be repainted? (car parking free for all which blocks my drive - whether they are there or not to be fair but I have more chance when they are there) I would have to say that the noise of the cars driving over this new road surface is like a jet aeroplane going by every time and my husband works nights and is now getting no sleep. Not an improvement at all so far I'm sorry to say and I really don't feel that this road is being looked at as the appropriate problem that it is for me in my kerbside house.... Also no one has noticed how much the volume of traffic here has increased since the opening of the nearby link road
