Cycle rack on Windsor Terrace blocked by dead bicycles

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later
The cycle rack is currently full of broken old bike carcasses e.g. frames with no wheels, broken wheels, rusting old bikes, etc. This prevents others from using the cycle racks. Please cut away these old bicycles.
