I live at 72 Hill View and the hedge running to the right side of Croft View is overgrown. Brambles are trailing over into our back garden. The council wrote to us a few years ago asking Hill. Kew residents to cut the hedge!!! It has been established that it the responsibility of the council. Please can the council keep this hedge trimmed back for the benefit of Croft View residents and residents of 70 - 78 Hill View
