A new property is being developed in the rear garden of Beechwood house. A large Plant vehicle/lorry has been parking on the pavement outside the property. The weight of teh vehicle has caused a pot hot and tripping hazard to form on the pavement outside the property. I have attached photos showing the pothole forming and the vehicle it situ.

The pothole in the pavement has appeared following a plant vehicle being illegally parked on the pavement to collect building waste from the development at Beechwood House.
