Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

Over the last couple of months cars have started parking on the pavement on Coldharbour Road. In this photo you can see them doing it on both sides of the road between Halsbury and Upper Cranbrook, and on one side of the road between Upper Cranbrook and Linden.
