The storm water drain on the corner of Howard Road / Linden Road BS6 7US is completely blocked – see attached photo [img.1015]. When there is a heavy downpour, the surface water from Northumbria Drive floods the Howard Road footpath, due to the lowered pedestrian crossing kerb, as illustrated by the attached photo[img.1016].
