Approx 12" sunken / collapsed manhole in main east/south bound carriageway mid way through tunnel

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later

The ironwork has collapsed into the road surface by several inches and offers a very significant danger to cyclists and other 2 wheeled traffic. I was made aware of this when I was thrown from my bike @ 17.30 on Sunday 5th September 2020 which required a hospital visit for injuries received.
