Obstructive parking and speeding

This was closed without any communication. This area needs to be looked into before someone has a nasty accident. Speed restrictions and/or parking control needs to be looked into. The worst is the speeding people hurtle around the sharp/blind bends of Dutton road on the wrong side of the road without regards for vehicles coming the other way. On Dutton walk people park opposite the junctions and on the corner makingnit hard to negotiate safely (mainly in the evening)
